You didn't get a front-row seat because the fireworks are important. Although the early bird indeed gets the worm, it is not always possible to forgo pleasure to arrive first. There are numerous vantage points throughout the park to view the fireworks. Because of the park's ubiquitous soundtrack, everyone can join in on the karaoke fun at Magic Kingdom. We think Fantasyland is a great backup plan. You can still see the castle from Be Our Guest, and if you turn around, you can also see the fireworks outside the castle. You may also see events from the Tangled area, where lamps are strung above.
Following the performance, shorter lines for the Seven Dwarfs Mine Train and Peter Pan's Flight will be available. Remember that the areas behind Cinderella Castle and the surrounding walkways are frequently cordoned off during the fireworks display for safety reasons. Bridge to the Future Frontierland is another excellent option because it is less crowded than the rest of the park and allows you to maximize your ride time before and after the show. The crowds will be thickest around the castle, but you might be able to ride Big Thunder Mountain first.
